Western Woodturners specialise in the manufacture of staircase components
and handrails. At Western Woodturners we provide free advice and quotes with many designs
to choose from. Using only the finest timbers available, we can reproduce turned balusters
to match existing designs.
Western Woodturners manufacture both round handrail and moulded handrails. The
standard moulded handrail design is available in Jarrah and Victorian Ash.
Custom-made handrail to match existing profiles, available on request,
subject to availability. We can also manufacture staircase components including balusters,
treads & risers, handrails and newel posts from Pine, Victorian Ash or other specialty timbers
subject to availability.
Custom-made handrail with rebates for wrought iron/steel balustrades can also be manufactured.
Round Handrails
Round handrails available in Jarrah and Victorian Ash timber approx. 45mm & 60mm diameter. (Photos at the bottom of the page).
Speciality timbers can be machined on request, subject to availability. Fixing brackets also available.
